Oh, my first impression of the building's facade was a bit ostentatious, however, the atmosphere inside was fantastic. The food wasn't bad either. I ordered fresh Hanoi spring rolls with peanut sauce (rice paper, pansies, lotus root, jicama, snow fungus) and requested no eggs. The best part is the vibrant, pastel-colored blossoms of pansies, violets, and nasturtiums. So creative and refreshing! I told them that I am a vegan, not vegetarian. The cashier then told me that if they only served vegan food, no locals would come because people still prefer eggs and dairy products. 🧐Traditionally, Vietnamese people observe a vegetarian diet for two days a month: the 1st and the 15th, so that locals only eat vegetarian food then.

Haute cuisine vietnamese style - Edit
Large menu of wonderful dishes. I've been here three times and everything has been delicious. It's very pleasant dining in an artistic environment where even the walls are part of the artwork.
