Okay for Lunch - Edit
The lunch menu does not have any dedicated vegan mains, but there are a couple of dishes that you can modify to make vegan. I had a tofu wrap, and I asked the server to leave off the aioli. As a result, the wrap was pretty dry, so I ordered some corn salsa to jazz it up. It came with a choice of sides, and I chose the salad option. The chef tossed some cheese on top, but my server caught the mistake before delivery and had the salad remade. All in all, an okay experience, but nothing exceptional.

Vegan chunky steak - Edit
Their vegan chunky steak with béchamel sauce and truffle squash hash and roasted asparagus was a splurge, but excellent. The “meat” had a chuck roast pull-apart-with-your-fork texture that was convincingly like meat.

They tried. - Edit
We called to see if they could make any of the scrambles Vegan. The lovely person on the other end chatted with the kitchen who shared that they could. Awesome.
Read moreWe reminded the server that the kitchen said they could make it vegan, and they shared that they were part of the conversation when I called in earlier.
First attempt they added egg.
Second attempt was a smattering of almost raw veggies with a smaller portion of potatoes (these were good) and two slices of tofu (which was really flavorful).
All in all a sad looking plate after a 45 min. wait.
I get that this is not a plant based or plant forward restaurant and appreciate that they did try to accommodate us.
Pros: Friendly staff, Nice views, They did try
Cons: Disappointing breakfast

Valentine's day lunch - Edit
Visited for valentine's day lunch, we called ahead a couple of hours beforehand to make a booking. Tables are positioned in front of the water so you get a beautiful view of the water as you eat.
Read moreWe shared the hummus platter with beautiful fresh vegetables and a unique presentation of the hummus. For the main I had the quinoa, and kale bowl with added tempeh. I loved this bowl, it was warm healthy and delicious with pomegranate seeds and citrus segments making it taste really fresh . The serving of tempeh was really generous.
I recommend stopping here if you are driving through. We took a short walk after lunch, and enjoyed the view more. Really beautiful setting and great food.
Pros: Beautiful views, Delicious food

High-end Restaurant - Edit
A couple well-considered vegan options. Nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. On the more expensive side. Great spot if you are looking for a fancier dining experience with beautiful views. They have an alcoholic vegan horchata beverage that is delicious! As is the hearts of palm ceviche.
