Serves meat, vegan options available. Japanese franchise specializing in ramen bowls. Menu is clearly labeled and includes four vegan choices: original, miso, shoyu and spicy garlic. Also offers fried tofu nuggets, edamame, rice and vegetable gyoza. NOTE: Thick and thin noodles are made with eggs, shirataki noodles are vegan friendly. Same boiler is used for all noodles so possibility of cross contamination. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-10:30pm.

Be careful with noodles! - Edit
I asked the waitress multiple times if the thick and thin noodles had egg, and she said no, only wheat. I see now that was not true, and that the shirataki noodles have a green leaf next to them on the menu, and the others didn’t! So they definitely need to educate their staff on what vegan means. On the plus side, I’ll say that the broth and vegetables were very nice, and the veg options come in a special green bowl which is a nice touch.

I had lunch and enjoyed the veggie miso ramen I got. Traditional and flavorful. A nice, small place.
