Huge disappointment - Edit
Sadly the restaurant wasn’t able to serve actual vegetarian ramen. At least in my case those expectations weren’t fulfilled. Although they were able to prepare my ramen without the pork topping they served me the same pork based ramen my friends had. I tried to double check with the server beforehand and asked her multiple times to make mine vegetarian. So I really can’t recommend this place to vegetarians and vegans.

Beautiful! - Edit
Little place with amazing Ramen menu. Just ask for not meat at all. We used google translator to write “we are vegans, please not beef, chicken or pork in our food”. The food was delicious and prices amazing. We will definitely come back

Veggie but double check it! - Edit
Broths are still without any meat here, but please double check that you do not get meat as a topping. I ordered shoyu ramen with vegetables topping. If you do not want to get meat as a topping too, you need to mention it to the waiter.
Read moreI got pork on my ramen and was surprised because it was not written in the menu. I said it and she offered to change it, so please say it in advance.
Aside from that, the ramen tasted very good.

Always double check - Edit
English menu implies that most dishes have no meat and you have to pay extra for char siu. The dishes however have _plenty_ of pork, so you definitely have to ask for no meat right as you order. Could have neen a success, turned out to be a massive fail. Flavourwise nothing special either.

Yummy Ramen close to shrine - Edit
The ramen here is super tasty and also very cheap, because it’s also around the corner from the shrine it was not very busy either which made for a nicer experience. The lady can speak alright English and there is English menu in the restaurant. Ramen was best I’ve had on my 2 week trip so far, we paid the extra 100 yen for more veggies and was very worth it

Simple clean miso ramen - Edit
Delicious, smooth, clean tasting ramen. This was a great change of pace for us after 2 nights of soy milk based ramen the nights before. High quality ingredients and lots of toppings. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists areas so it wasn’t busy at all either. Happy to have found this place
