We enjoyed our salads, which we chose from a great selection. All vegetarian and mainly vegan. There also looked to be a great vegan curry, which, in hindsight, I wish I'd tried while I had the chance. Great atmosphere and location. We loved it!

Went for a couple of dinners there - is currently open until 7pm Monday to Fridays. Most of the menu is vegan - their standard curry is vegan, you can add soya meat pieces (and then there’s a prawn option too). Several of the set salads are vegan (we had a tofu one), and you can make you own ones up to. They also have homemade iced tea and they sell 3 cakes (Brownie was vegan, and a chocolate cake was vegan and gf). Apart from some cheese and a tuna or prawn option , most of the food was vegan. Staff were really friendly too.

Peaceful salad n coffee 'bar' - Edit
Friendly place in the middle of town. Quite a large space; at least 50 seats inside and 50 outside. Good coffee. The only warm dish is a curry w/ garlic. Everything else is salad bowls. Note that this is in a little site side streetish kind of place but but they have a sign outside at the main shopping street. Don't get confused: The restaurant recently relocated (June 2025), so double check the address which is however very close to the old one. Not fully vegan: They use animal eggs for salads.

Ein Kleinod in Meran. Sehr frische Zutaten, die man selbst auswählt und als großer oder kleiner Salat essen kann. Dabei gibt es viel Auswahl - Blattsalate als Basis, dazu bunter Reis, Rucola, Feldsalat, getrocknete Tomaten, Kapern, Pilze, Avocadocreme, Nüsse, Brotwürfel und, und, und. Es gibt auch Currys, wenn man es lieber warm mag.
Read moreDas Lokal ist hübsch eingerichtet mit völlig unterschiedlichen Tischen und Stühlen, es gibt auch einen großen Freisitz. Es liegt sehr versteckt in den Lauben mitten in Meran. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und erklärt das Konzept.

Das vegane Thai Curry war sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Gibt es mit oder ohne planted. Ansonsten kann man sich auch eine Salatbowl zusammenstellen lassen und es gibt auch Kaffee mit Hafermilch und etwas Süßes in vegan 🍴

Hatten hier eine Salat Bowl und ein Curry gegessen. Zur Salat Bowl ist wohl auch veganen Brot erhältlich. Die Bowl kann mit Reis oder Nudeln sowie Planted bestellt werden. Es gibt verschiedene Basics und Toppings. Alles in allem sehr lecker.

Man kann selbst einen Salat zusammenstellen, es gibt einige vegane Toppings. Als Dressing gibt es Öl/Salz/Pfeffer und bei den fertigen Dressings eine vegane Option. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, super schönes Ambiente, das zum Verweilen einlädt.

Du kannst dir die Bowl selbst zusammenstellen und die Zutaten wechseln täglich. Wir hatten unter anderem auch mal Pfifferlinge. Die selbst gemachten Dressings sind auch sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es eine Auswahl an verschiedenen hochwertigen Ölen und Essig. Man kann drinnen sowie draußen sitzen. Alles ist sehr alternativ und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.
