Cute place with a vegan sandwich

Really cute little spot, but very busy on a Saturday. Got the vegan Schiacciata. This was my first schiacciata, so I might just not like that type of sandwich, but the proportions seemed off and the ingredients were a little slimy. Basically turmeric bread with some veggies (I think eggplant) and a tiny bit of hummus. The sun dried tomatoes on it were so delicious though that we had to buy a jar. Partner got a non vegan sandwich that was also not great.

best place in Limone for vegans

They are the only restaurant in Limone that has more than 1 vegan option (despite Pizza Marinara). I had the vegan Schiacciata which was very delicious. Please note it's more of a snack (although saturating) and not a full meal.
You can sit very nice outside under trees in the center of Limone or in a cozy cave-like room. Food is fairly priced for Limone. Would recommend.
