Love it! - Edit
I live close by so I often go get ice cream there. They have four flavours made with rice milk (pistacchio, hazelnut, vanilla and one that changes from time to time, one I can remember was cremino), as well as dark chocolate, and most of the strawberry flavours are also vegan. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is pretty cheep and very yummy, too. The only con (hence the 4 stars rather than 5, I’d pur 4,5 if I could) I would say is that sometimes, when I get ice cream to take away for myself and someone else, they don’t put anything to separate the vegan ice cream and the other one(s), causing them to touch and I always end up with a little non-vegan ice cream I have to scrape off. So it’s always better to ask them to do it if you need that.

They’ve had four rice milk based gelatos plus plenty of sorbets. I’ve had pistacchio and nocciola, both were really good.

It’s a small ice cream shop a few minutes away from the city center. We lived close during our visit in Bolzano and it was always packed with people, so it seemed to be a popular place.

Best vegan ice cream in town!!! - Edit
They offer plenty of vegan options, just ask the staff and they're happy to help. Their dark chocolate is the richest and most decadent dark chocolate I've ever tried. The fruity flavours are amazing, you can really taste the fruit. They also have vegan cookies as one of their most decadent options, which is bomb! Roughly half of their flavour selection is vegan. Unfortunately no vegan cones.
