Staff very friendly and do speak good English. Food was amazing. We were a group of 5 and everyone had something different and all satisfied with our choices. I had the broccoli lasagne which tasted amazing, healthy and cooked well. I also had the waffle with berries and vegan dulce de leche and I could have had it again if they weren't closing at this point. Plenty of vegan options

Un restaurante tranquilo, con una decoración y ambiente muy agradables. Tienen un patio interior al fondo muy lindo con sus plantitas. La comida estaba deliciosa, probamos la yuca, una pizza y una lasaña, todo estupendo. De postres, la tarta de algarroba tenía una textura muy suave y buen sabor. Los precios eran razonables. Para repetir.

La comida riquísima, cogí las opciones veganas y me encantó. Tienen mucha variedad. El local me gustó bastante y el trato de todos los camareros fue inmejorable, muchas gracias por todo, cuando vuelva a Valencia(espero ir pronto) voy sin ninguna duda.

Es un lugar al que tienes que ir sabiendo ya antes de ir que la comida es de muy buena calidad y muy experimental y original, con precios bastante altos para la poca cantidad que ofrecen. Si vas con hambre recomiendo pedir la pizza porque siento que es lo que más llena. Eso sí, los sabores y mezclas de ingredientes están 100% conseguidos. Enhorabuena. Pero no es para todos los bolsillos.

We each enjoyed a vegan lasagna: I ordered pumpkin lasagna and my dinner partner ordered broccoli lasagna. We kept trading back-and-forth to taste each other’s and then compare it to what we originally had ordered. It was a draw. They were both excellent.
Read moreThe pumpkin vegan lasagna has a sweet and creamy sauce at the base. The broccoli, vegan lasagna had a cheesy, salty creaminess near the top. With both, some of the vegetables were not sautéed and were deliberately raw and fresh, for example, the sliced mushrooms.
The bread contained “Carbon,”the Spanish word for charcoal. I am guessing this was activated charcoal (?). Looking at and consuming gunmetal – colored bread was unusual dining experience. The bread bread tasted no different than the regular bread equivalent.
Service was excellent
NOTE: Reservations are recommended. On our first attempt to go there, we were turned away because they were full up. The next day we made a reservation., And later we observed again, how busy the place was

There was many optiones that could be veganized for 1,5€. I took the mushroom lasagna which was good, but a bit small and boring. Price point is 11-15€ for main dishes.

The place is nicely decorated and the food and beer are good. However, due to the good rating, it is very busy and it is not certain whether you will get a place without a reservation. I had the vegan brokoli lasagne (it was different than I imagined but still good) and, on the waiter's recommendation, a really excellent cake

Amazing vegan options - Edit
We didn't know if it was going to be busy so we booked our table beforehand. We did well because 30 minutes after we arrived, the restaurant was full! It got a bit noisy as a result, but it didn't impact negatively our experience.
Read moreThe staff was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We informed them we were vegan and gluten-free and they confirmed what we could have on the menu: many things actually! The online menu (you have to scan a QR code) is not super clear so it helps a lot to ask them. I had the pizza with the base made of yucca (healthy root vegetable) but they have several options if you want a gluten-free pizza. They can also use gluten-free pasta on request.
The choices of dessert is amazing too, we had the waffles and I strongly recommend the caramel cream on top (dulche de leche vegano). We'll definitely go back!
