Perfect vegan ciabatta sandwich for breakfast! - Edit
I had a morning walking tour booked in Centro Historico by the zocalo and was in a pinch for a vegan breakfast option in the area! La Foule was the perfect spot. Speedy service and very kind staff. They serve diary but they were also very knowledgeable about vegan dietary needs (e.g., no butter, eggs, dairy) and were fluent in English. I ordered the Ciabatta Veggi (and specified without butter). It was toasty warm and delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast on-the-go.

Delicious food and cozy place downtown - Edit
I was desperately looking for an early dose of caffeine and found this jewel of a cafeteria. Super nice people, tranquil oasis in a chaotic place (centro histórico in Mexico City) and not just coffee but delicious coffee / tea and meals
