Best dumplings in Philippines - Edit
Would give them 5 stars if it would let me. Super small place in front of Matcha Hostel. I loved the dumplings and the dumpling soup so much that I booked at the hostel because of it.

cute little restaurant, shares outside tables with the restaurant next door. mild dumpling soup has the best veggie brouth we had in thr Phillipines so far.
