Menu unique composé de plusieurs plats, servi à un rythme cohérent. Le restaurant s’organise en 2 services le soir: 19h et 21h15, cependant en fonction de l’occupation ils restent flexible (après notre réservation tardive, nous avons été rappelé pour nous proposer des horaires plus proches).
Read moreLa salle est assez petite et les tables sont assez serrées, ce qui vous donne un peu de convivialité avec vos voisins.
Concernant la nourriture, ce qui est le plus remarquable c’est la présentation des plats très raffinée. Le choix des produit est aussi intéressant. Côté goût, le sentiment est un peu moins au rendez vous, mais peut être lié à la saisonnalité (proche de l’hiver) qui peut permettre moins de variation. Peut être une pointe de sel, de sucre ou d’épices aurait permit aux plats de pétiller aussi dans le palais. C’était quand même très très bon et raffiné en saveurs. J’ai hâte de revenir au cœur de l’été.

We loved this place! We opted for the 6 courses (instead of 4) and would recommend as the courses are quite small and light so 4 might not have been filling enough. Lovely ambiance and very friendly staff who provided good wine recommendations. Don’t miss this spot in Lyon!!

I visited Laska on 26 April 2025 with a colleague, and we both had the set dinner menu. The following day, we each became very unwell with severe gastrointestinal symptoms. Given that we shared the same meal and had eaten separately otherwise, foodborne illness seems likely. I contacted the restaurant privately to raise the concern, but the response was dismissive and rude. Sadly, we also found the food itself poorly conceived and over priced. A disappointing experience overall — both in terms of safety and quality. This should be a zero star rating.

Il ne faut pas venir pour la gourmandise mais bien si bous souhaitez vivre une expérience culinaire car on est sur des quantités gastro. Cela dit, même moi, gros mangeur, fut repus après les 5 services.
Je conseille fortement si vous avez les moyens et que vous voulez des surprises.

Read moreFinalement nous avons été très déçus, au regard du prix notamment (49 euros pour 4 plats : 2 entrées, plat, dessert) et les vins au verre jusqu'à 11 euros. Les entrées étaient toutes les 2 liquides et trop "recherchées" en oubliant toute gourmandise. On tombe dans le cliché "mangeur de salade" sans couleur. Un plat principal en revanche très réussi à base de chou-fleur rôti. Et une grande part de gâteau chocolat champignons : dommage pour la portion généreuse qu’on aurait souhaité sur les autres plats. Nous sommes sortis sur notre faim et les poches un peu vides.

One of the best meals I have ever had!! For dinner there is a set menu with 6 courses; each course was incredible. The flavors were so perfect and the textures so interesting. I spoke with the chef who was really kind. The restaurant itself is cozy and very charming. An absolute must if you are in Lyon! I can’t wait to go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed eating here. Would recommend. Not sure exactly what I was eating except that it was vegan and vaguely that a spicy watermelon gazpacho and cabbage steak were included.

We came by for dinner, they had a surprise menu of 1 amuse bouche 2 entrees 1 main and 1 dessert. For 2 hours we were served with delicious plates that were obviously carefully planned. We really enjoyed the cauliflower and leek soup the most. I would just say that the main dish kinda felt like another entree but still deliciously elevated. This surprise menu of 5 courses was 49 euros per person which I think is a fair price.
