No Ⓥ labeling - Edit
I had sourdough loaf and an everything bagel. Loved them both. Soft, nice taste and most importantly gluten-free. This small place is quaint and only holds four guests at a time currently. Everything is gluten-free, which I appreciate. And they actually have a LOT of vegan options! Unfortunately, they don’t label for vegan so it’s a weird mind game to figure out what you can and can’t eat. They label milk-free and label egg-free, then go to the effort of labeling milk-free AND egg-free. But in that last category, they might use gelatin so nowhere is just plain Ⓥ labeled. Which doesn’t make any sense to me because how many people wanna know what is egg-free. Unless they’re Ⓥ?! Just label milk-free and make the world a lot easier for everyone and label Ⓥ as well. Ditch the last two meaningless categories. It’s like they went out of their way to be unfriendly towards those ordering without all animal products. Bread was good.
