What appears vegan / vegetarian may NOT be - please check! - Edit
When booking online, we were asked if there were any special dietary requirements, and we informed of 2x vegetarians and 2x vegans in our group. However, the vegan menu was not available when we requested it. Dishes which at first seem vegetarian, eg, Melanzane Bake and Gnocchi we were told is made with animal fat. We asked if any dishes could be adapted to include alternative vegetarian cheeses, and we were told it wasn't possible as dishes are 'prepared in advance.'' The waiting staff knew very little, and when i asked to speak with the manager for clarity, the manager came rolling his eyes. In the end, we all ended up eating only bruschetta and spaghetti with tomato sauce, which was rather disappointing 😞

Read moreThe menu was a little confusing. You need to scan your phone and see the online menu and there you need to click on the dish to see if it is vegan or can be made vegan. Other than that, the staff is very helpful and I managed to find some very nice dishes.
I had a super fresh salad with a nice dressing and gluten free linguine with truffle „butter“ and pistachio and chocolate sorbet for dessert. Everything was delicious and I would come back when visiting London again.
Pros: Great pasta, Super fresh & nice salad, Friendly & helpful service
Cons: An extra vegan menu would be helpful

Great Truffle pasta, generous serving and very filling. The foccacia and olives are a welcome start too. The decor would be at home in a Wes Anderson film, a fun and different ambience. Unfortunately the service was very slow, and the vegan options were limited.

Lina stores in Coal Drops is such a dream, the interior is stunning and the pasta was some of the best I have had outside of Italy. There is a seperate menu for vegans with various flavours such as butter, truffle and chilli oil. The pasta was cooked so well and had a real authentic feel to it. For desert I had my all time fave food, pistachio gelato, which was super creamy. Will defo be returning! I also thought the price was super reasonable for the setting, it feels like you are in a super posh restaurant.

I loveee being able to choose a pasta. The pasta itself was really fresh and lovely but the sauce was plain although still nice - lemon and pepper. I thought the pistachio & chocolate sorbet was like ice cream but my non-vegan friend didn’t lol

Read moreHigh quality pasta dishes with great flavours. Starters and dessert options too. Tasty non-alcoholic cocktails for those on the look out.
The cost per dish seems reasonable for the quality but that’s because the portions aren’t huge. Definitely recommend though!
