Good food and service - Edit
Food was delicious, especially the tempura. They offer avocado maki, and sushi with tofu or avocado. They can do noodle dishes to accommodate to vegans. Price was reasonable and the service was friendly and efficient. They knew what veganism is. Almost didnt see the restaurant from the outside as it is between 2 other restaurants

Vegan Sushi in Siracusa - Edit
The place is owned & operated by the three Seok sisters. Insook runs the dining room and she speaks English. I eat at her restaurant every time I visit Siracusa/Ortigia. It offers three vegan sushi, I’m a huge fan of the tofu sushi dipped in soy sauce. The tempura veggies are a delicious mix of fresh vegetables fried with a light & tasty tempura batter. There is also a vegan-friendly noodle dish that I haven’t tried yet. I consider it a must-visit stop when I’m visiting the sea.
