I was very excited to try this place but literally everything I tried was dripping in grease and not even tasty. Highly disappointed and feeling sick now!

We have been coming to Loving Hut for awhile whenever we visit Orlando. The food is really good and I love that it is all vegan. Yesterday's visit soured my love for this place because of this one waitress . The issue was we were a party of 10 and arrived at 2:30. The place closes at 3. The owner came out and greeted us and said it was ok to still come and order food. The problem is Ariel was not in agreement and her negative attitude reflected it the whole time we were there. She was rude, complained about our being there and even refused to give us drinks we ordered until the owner came out and told her too. I honestly have never had an experience like this. When we left I attempted to talk to her again-I really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her defense (if there really is one) is that while the owner agreed to serve us, Ariel felt we were taking advantage of the situation. I explained to Ariel that we were very appreciative of being served, we would be happy to assist in the clean-up and would also give a generous tip. None of that mattered to this bitter waitress. Sadly, I do not think we will go back.

I haven't eaten at loving hut in 6 years. I do remember enjoying the food a lot and the menu being quite large.

My recent experience ensured I won't be coming back. The server with dreadlocks was rude and seemed on the verge of rolling her eyes at everything I said. I've talked to her before when picking up postmates deliveries and she consistently has a bad attitude. I mean I just smiled and gave her my order and she looked at me like I'm a leper. It's not like anyone else was in there but me. She wasn't busy doing anything. It's her *job* and it seemed like I was inconveniencing her.

She certainly wasn't cleaning which brings me to my next point. It's dirty. The floors, the tables, the walls, the windows, the parking lot all seem like they haven't been attended to in quite some time.

The menu is half as large as I remember it being previously with the majority being rice dishes.

I order a dumpling soup and spring rolls. The dumplings were absolutely not cooked and there was barely half a teaspoon of filling in them. I let them sit for a moment to cook a bit longer in the broth (which was delicious) but it wasn't very helpful. The spring rolls were nice but tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil. It's obvious no one that works there cares at all. The place is around to line the "supreme master"s pockets.

I just can't find a reason to go back at this point. Veggie garden is a wonderful vegan Vietnamese restaurant. Go there instead. You might have to wait a bit longer but it's definitely worth it.
