Tons of options!!

All of their entres can be made vegan and the fried mushrooms which have been there every time I’ve gone are also vegan. Staff is very accommodating and the bibimbap is soooo good.

Falvorful & Fresh

The best and freshest tasty Korean kimbap and bento to enjoy. The nicest staff and atmosphere. Lots of vegan choices. Crowded for a good reason. Wish I could give 5 stars.

Loved it!

We tried the bibimbap and daily bento both with spicy tofu as well as a tofu kimbap. Everything was so good! 🤯 I’m not usually a fan of tempura but the kale and eggplant tempura were amazing. All their sauces are vegan too so we tried them all. They are all good but the tahini was my favorite. Can’t wait to come back here.

Delicious food and drinks!

Visited on one of the coldest days of the year and enjoyed a delicious, hot meal! The place was packed around 3pm Saturday when we arrived, but we didn't have to wait at all to be seated. I ordered the bibimbap with tofu and two sauces, and a hot cardamom chai with oat milk. My omnivore friend ordered the bento and she let me nibble some of the vegan items from her plate. Everything was SO GOOD! Highly recommend! And finally they have dinner hours on Fri and Sat! Looking forward to going for dinner sometime.

Pros: Tofu options for almost all dishes, Alternative milks, Cozy atmosphere and delicious food

Cons: Must pay separately for all sauces, Only.open after 4pm Fridays and Saturdays

Excellent food and service

The atmosphere, service, and vegan food are all excellent. I would recommend getting the vegan daily bento so you can sample many different items. My favorite is the kale tempura.

They often have a large line, so plan ahead or go at an unusual time like 11 or 3.

Pros: Food Variety , Atmosphere, Service

Lovingly prepared and deliciously crafted

You can tell whoever comes up with the sauce and flavor recipes for each dish knows what they’re doing. They’re simple but have all the right amount of each ingredient to be incredibly tasty. Also not a bad place to feel like you’re treating yourself while eating moderately healthy. I recommend the bento box (vegan) so you can try a spread of things.
I also loved and recommend their strawberry milk which they can prepare with several house and store bought plant milks, I went with oat!

Flavorful

We tried the bento box with spicy tofu steak, and the stone pot bop bowl with braised tofu. Both were delicious, especially the bento box which had a lot of attention to detail and a nice variety. Spicy really means spicy. Also tried the house hemp-cashew mylk latte, which was good, but not as creamy as I would have expected.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Fast service, Spacious outdoor seating

Can’t stop thinking about it

So many vegan options. Beautiful healthy “made in house” Korean food. I can’t wait to go back. We had the house bento -what a delicious treat! The homemade cashew hemp milk latte was a creamy indulgent treat. Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: Healthy, authentic , Made in house Kim Chi

I’m all about it

Bimimbop sushi and bento box vegan are my fav dishes here. Have not tried the hot pot dishes yet but everything I’ve had is delish, healthy , fresh, homemade and flavorful. Great addition to Fremont.
Highly recommend. Would give 5 stars honestly bc it’s so niche and healthy too.

Delicious Korean Fusion food

We were happy when the bibimbap and stone pot came out sizzling with the purple rice already crispy on the bottom. That’s not always the case when you order hot rice pots at Korean restaurants, we have been to a few places where the rice was hardly crispy and stuck to bottom of pots. Food was flavorful and portioned appropriately, just the right amount of food to get full. They list the egg as “soy egg”, but it’s not vegan, it’s marinated in soy sauce. There are some vegan food on deli counter that are not on menu, we got the tofu kimbap and it was really good. The rice wine was delicious. None of the sweets is vegan, sadly. I ordered the hot mint matcha and it was a tea bag with fresh mint, delicious but I was thinking of matcha latte, so I was a little disappointed. The chai latte was good but not enough chai flavor to us. We already planning to come back to this place the next time we are in town.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked , Staffs are very knowledgeable about vegan items , fusion Korean food with authentic flavors

Cons: No vegan desserts , 20% service charge add to group 4+, Mod- expensive pricing
