Top tier vegan restaurant - Edit
This was undoubtedly one of the top vegan restaurants we’ve been to in the world, not to mention best we’ve had in Copenhagen. It’s clearly very popular as the restaurant was packed when we went.
Read moreWe had 3 slices of pizza, lasagna, and tiramisu. Pizza was very good with unique flavor profiles. The lasagna was THE BEST IVE EVER HAD as was the tiramisu. All pasta is homemade in house.
Only warning — very expensive.

Great tasting slices - Edit
Made in Italy is truly great tasting pizza. I've eaten here a couple of times and the quality always remains top notch. The selection changes often and tries to follow the seasons which it wonderful as it provides us with the best tasting ingredients.
Read moreAs with everything else on Papirøen it is on the more expensive side with prices around 50-70 kr per slice.

Best pizza I ve ever ate!!! And I ate pizza in Italy many times! Most of the pizzas are vegan so a lot of options to try. Nice staff, price was ok. Only because of that pizza I would visit copenhagen again, highly recommended!!!

extraordinarily good vegan pizza - Edit
I went to Made in Italy on Papirøn on my latest trip to Copenhagen. Their different vegan pizza varieties are not only quite special, they are also among the best I've ever had. Crunchy, crisp and super delicious. Labels vegan pizzas.

Wow, just wow. - Edit
Definitely go to Copenhagen Street Food and get pizza from Madenitaly. It is the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is just the right amount of chew to airiness. I dream of it.
Read moreAll vegetarian (at least they were on the day we went), with quite a few vegan options. We got the potato truffle and a bread crumb covered squash pizza with tomato and a homemade vegan ricotta. The squash pizza really stood out, crunchy texture, creamy cheeze, bright tomatoes. The potato was pretty good but definitely opt for pizza covered in some kind of "ricotta".
The ladies working are friendly, just ask them which ones are vegan if you can't tell from the labeling. They'll also share that the best crust in the world takes 48 hours to make. So good.
