Excellent Delicious Bowls

I love the Bowls! My favourite one is road to hana!
Very delicious. Even the "small" Bowl is quite big. Great restaurant and thanks to "schön klar" nice place to sit. Take away possible.

Pros: Delicious Bowls, Nice service

Cons: Closed during winter

Love it!

Die Pokebowls sind mega lecker und werden immer ganz frisch gemacht.
Man kann sich auch selbst die Zutaten zusammenstellen und kann somit ganz nach Lust und Laune wählen.
Außerdem ist es auch super schön eingerichtet.

Fresh ingredients. Pre-designed bowls & create your own. You can take it away or you can order directly from the cafeteria "Schön Klar" (next door).

Pros: ALL Vegan delicious food, You can order siting at Schön Klar (next door), takeaway plasticfree boxes

Amazing food and service

Great experience. We could sit outside with my dog and the service was great. The food looked and tasted phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Delicious Poke Bowls

Delicious Poke Bowls with Tofu, Smoked Tofu or Tempeh and now they even have vegan Salmon!

Pros: You can also order at Schön Klar next door , Cake, Waffles or Ice Cream as Dessert

All-vegan bowls!

This is one of the few all-vegan places in Mannheim, and their bowls are really good! The signature bowls are nice, but if you're not convinced by them, you can always create your own bowl. I also like the fact that their takeaway "plastic" boxes are plant-based and will decompost.

You get bowls

Stylish place, nice, wooden interior , lots of plants everywhere . Cozy corner with sofa and armchairs.
YOU GET BOWLS! That s basically it - but they are great. You can pick one out of 4 or create your own with all your favorite stuff on it. That s what we did... and it was delicious . The large bowl is... very large! I couldn’t finish it. Took the rest home tho❤️

very good bowls

This time we had 2 different bowls to go instead of ordering them in the restaurant next door (schön klar). Again they were very good.

Pros: only vegan food, great choice, you can build your own bowls

friendly place ,all vegan

very nice staff , nicely decorated space , a lot of options in menu together with some cakes on the bar.bowls are filling ( we had a large ones) but a little bit boring , I recommend to add more variety of veggies plus some avocado , flavors were not very strong.we had : teriyaki one and wasabi one ( I don't remember the exact names). although they have hawaiian names they are pretty much asian inspired (?) the restaurant is declaring to be carbon neutral but with all of these asian ingredients I am not sure. the cake was very tasty.

Pros: tasty cake, a lot of options, nice space

Cons: pricey ( 2x bowl, 2 x cappuccino, 1x cake)- 40e

Leider nicht das was wir erwartet haben . Gab hauptsächlich bowls die zwar gut waren aber zu viel Knoblauch .

Small portion size, but very tasty

Very tasty, one of a kind food. Portions are quite small considering the high price, I wasn't really full, it was more of a "big snack".

Pros: unique food, all vegan, biodegradable plastic

Cons: small portion size, high priced

New favorite place in Mannheim

If I could, I'd move in here. Mahalo now has a cooperation with a coffee shop, so now you can sit down and drink a cup of coffee or have some other refreshment while you eat your poke bowl or roll.
The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, you can create your own bowl or pick one from the menu, the coffee is good as well and the latte comes with a glass straw (YAY). They have a handful of tables to sit outside and a lot of space inside, as well as a comfortable couch in front of a bookshelf where everyone can leave and take books.
They also have ice cream and a small selection of cakes every day, all of the food is completely vegan and the prices are fair.
The owner also has a dog who has already stolen my heart, so the place is dog-friendly too and I often see other customers with their furry friends.

I'm so excited this place opened and I'm even more excited it opened only about 15 minutes from where I live. I've been here a lot over the summer and am already looking forward to snuggling up in front of that bookshelf with a cup of coffee and a poke bowl once winter rolls around.

Pros: delicious food, super nice staff, cool atmosphere

Ich will nie wieder was anderes Essen

Gott sei Dank wohne ich nicht in Mannheim. Wäre am liebsten jeden Tag dort. Hatten eine Poke Roll und die Kalapana Bowl mit extra Wasabi-Erbsen. War beides super frisch ausgewogen und lecker! Dazu lokales Bier und Veganes Eis im Café Schön.

Pros: Nur Veganes , Sau lecker, Individuelle Zusammenstellung

Cons: Parksituation schwierig

Well composed poke bowls

We enjoyed their poke bowls at café schön next door (you can order and eat them there). I had the „road to hana“, but also tried my partner‘s bowl and both were amazing.
What I liked the most is the composition if textures which enhance the enjoyment. There were soft mangoes, crunchy wasabi peas, carrots, sushi ginger, rice... so yummy together.
I am planning to come back soon and can‘t wait!

Pros: Nice staff, Tasty bowls, Nice seating are at café schön

Love it!

We were there today and it was awesome!
We had the “Honolulu” and the “Road to Hana”.
I can really recommend the place!
They do now cooperate with the little cafe next to it, so you do not have to take the bowl with you anymore. Now there is the possibility to just take a seat in the Cafe Schön Klar, either on the inside or in front.
The people were really nice and I will definitely come back soon! Thanks ♥️

Frisch, lecker und sättigend

Leckeres, frisches Essen, das dank der Basis aus Reis auch noch satt macht. Alles vegan. Wenn man möchte, kann man sich seine Speise mit einem Zettel zum Ankreuzen in Ruhe komplett selbst zusammen stellen und genau das bestellen, worauf man Lust hat. Die Mitnehm-Verpackungen sind aus Bio-Plastik, den man auf dem heimischen Kompost oder in einer Wurmkiste entsorgen kann. Das Besteck ist aus Holz.
