Tofu overdose - Edit
Mala Master offers Chinese street food. 1st you can choose the ingredients, and then the stew. There were multiple tofu, mushroom and vegetable choices. Price is per gram.

Great selection of vegan toppings and sufficient number of veganizable broths. My personal favorite is the large selection of different types of tofus/soy items (e.g. bean curd, fresh tofu, frozen tofu, tofu sheets) and mushrooms.
