Quaint Street food right near Acropolis Station - Edit
Really great, cosy street food spot! It's quite small, there's just a few tables indoors, which was perfect for the type of restaurant this is. I loved this place so much I had to come back the very next day! I got the Mushroom Gyros Box, and the next day was the Souvlaki. Both were fantastic, but the mushroom Gyros were a real standout for me.

For 6€ the gyros are nice but the price is still a bit high for what it is (since it's mushrooms based). Same for the soutzoukakia, and its price has increased a lot for what it is. They don't give a glass to drink ane it's disposable cutlery.

Tried one of their traditional Greek dishes (the meatballs, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the dish) for take away. Food was very good & super staff friendly. Fair prices. Doesn't have a lot of seats.

Tiny and earnest, Mama Tierra is a good stop for a quick, casual lunch if you're spending the day in the Acropolis area. It's not a destination restaurant. But my Indian mushroom gyro was tasty, especially the corn pita. There are two tables inside, both two-tops.

Wish we had found this Vegan eatery at the start of our holiday, definitely the best Vegan meal we have had in Athens. The mushroom gyros and beyond meat burger were 10/10. It is definitely worth a visit, the food is delicious and all staff are pleasant.

I love this place. Have not been there physically, but I've ordered from them multiple times and it's been a great experience. I especially love their 'chicken' wrap and Cesar salad. They use some vegan cheddar souce a lot and I LOVE IT.

Decent soulvaki, bad fries, bad burger - Edit
The soulvaki chickn one was decent, the curry sauce carried the whole dish since the chickn wasnt thr best. The fries were soft not crispy or salted at all. The impossible chickn burger was black and unappealing looking. Not to mention the taste was just fatty, fatty sauce with a fried burger. Not enough freshness too heavy. To make it better have the burger be more fresh not fatty, and use soychunk strips for the chickn soulvaki not the wierd fried stuff you used

Had the Indian Mushroom Gyros and the Chicken Souvlaki, which both were alright, but nothing compared to what you can get in other places around Athens.
Read morePrices are fair and staff is friendly though. It’s fine for grabbing a quick lunch or dinner, but nothing you specifically need to have visited.
