Amazing!! - Edit
Would give 5 stars if I could. The tofu yassa was perfect! So many vegan options because the owner is vegan. Will be returning soon.

Hidden Gem - Edit
I would easily give this restaurant 5 stars, however, HappyCow does not allow 5 stars for non-vegan restaurants. The food is exceptional, and the flavor checks all of the boxes. Great location, ample seating, and multiple vegan selections including desserts. The owner is very thoughtful and welcoming. We will definitely frequent this establishment.

Great Food - Edit
It was such a delight to find this restaurant and I am positive we will be back to try more dishes.
Read moreAlmost all items are listed vegetarian but are really vegan. And much of the menu was gluten free including all of the cakes available for dessert (frosted cakes have cream cheese frosting and are not vegan).
We opted for the tofu in our dishes and that meant 3 large pieces. Paneer is the vegetarian option (along with meat choices as well). Both came with rice.
The Yassa was a delicious onion based stew with roasted carrot, cabbage, green olives and baby potatoes. For me, this was the winning dish.
The Peanut Butter Chu was a close 2nd. Another delicious stew with cabbage, carrot, and potatoes. It wasn't overpowering peanut butter but you knew it was there.
The Veggie Soup was thick, full of veggies and came with a delicious brown bread roll.
They had 3 vegan (non-frosted) cakes when we visited. The pineapple upside-down was ridiculously good. The chocolate raspberry was very good too. We didn't try the Mango cake (maybe next time).
Parking in front and on the side of the building.
Pros: Lots of vegan (90% of menu is vegetarian/vegan), Dishes made to order , Delicious food including vegan dessert options
Cons: No liquor license currently

So tasty - Edit
We had been wanting to come by for a while but were hesitant since few items on the menu are marked with VG. However, we were told most items on the menu can be vegan as they already use vegan cheese and do not use eggs/dairy!
Read moreWe sat at a table outside which made the meal even better. We had the shito flatbread which was made with lots of veggies, seasoning, and vegan cheese, spectacular flavor! Also ordered the curry with just tofu and it had great flavor as well, the rice was very fluffy too. All around great experience, will be back very soon!
Pros: Can make most things vegan , Oat and macadamia milk options , Variety of veggies
