Lots of Puerto Rican vegan options

This restaurant is in a strip mall off Wilson but they make the experience feel more elevated with curtains over the windows, low lights, and lots of florals. Every category on the menu has at least one vegan option, starters, mains, sandwiches, jibaritos, and mofongo. The server was knowledgable about what was vegan. They give you plantain chips to start for free with vegan guava butter. I had the impossible meat jibarito and it was fantastic. Also their fresh salad starter with tostones was great. Hidden gem!
