Maruti’s brick and mortar location is one of the best Indian restaurants in Portland. This cart is a smaller menu version of that with some great sandwich style options. 10/10 would recommend

Love the restaurant, food cart lacking - Edit
Sandwich was pretty good, nothing special and the samosa was strange...not crispy at all, almost like eating samosa filled mini burrito which was still good but not great.

Messy Maruti - Edit
The Vegan Chikn Sub had a flavorful tikka sauce. Unfortunately, the bread was open on all sides, so the filling kept falling out. The samosas were served with two chutneys. Otherwise, they were kind of bland.
