Mazama Coffee Co - Edit
There were very few options in this small town, so it was nice that this cafe had a couple. I got the strawberry oat bar and a strawberry banana smoothie. The only other vegan option I saw outside of plant milk for coffee was a chocolate chip vegan gluten free cookie. The shop was pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait for your order to be ready, but there’s a cute boutique that is connected to Mazama to go into while you wait.

This is a great find! It's very popular, there was a line but it was moving pretty quickly. The plant milk upcharge is $1 which is fine. The coffee itself was very good and tasty. They also offer a few vegan pastries, I saw at least four options. There was also quite a bit of seating, both inside and outside in a side patio.

Picked up for a picnic lunch. As always, we want options! Selected the chickpea mash on sourdough. The mash had a touch of sriracha, giving it some depth and the sourdough had a good bite and tasty! I would go back for the chickpea mash. The veggie bento box is basic, but was nice to be able to pick up and go. The hummus reminded me of Sabra hummus. We had to purchase all the vegan pastries they offered, and now have three to enjoy later!
