Healthy and delicous bowls or wraps with a Caribbean feel - Edit
These guys used to have a stall at the weekly Wimbledon Village market on Sundays. I haven't seen them there in ages but I've seen them at other vegan markets. Their food is fresh and nutritious with loads of whole foods that come from plants. As it's the healthier option sometimes I struggle to choose it at a market with other naughty things, but their food is wonderful. The portions are always generous too.
