Nice vegan ramen - Edit
My work is nearby. This is the closest restaurant that I can get a vegan dish. It is only one option - a tofu based rice noodles ramen with a lot of green herbs. Very tasty at least to me. The staff is extremely friendly. They already know me personally so when I go there no need to order. They just know what I want. The portion is quite big for Japanese standard but perfect for me. Sorry, can't give them 5 stars: The system doesn't allow since not fully vegan or vegetarian, otherwise I would.

Vegan “ramen” of rice noodles in a matcha-based soup - Edit
If you’re in the area and really need something to eat, this place is fine. The vegan option is a matcha-based soup with an interesting tea flavor. Topped with some fresh veggies. The normal noodles contain egg. Vegans will get rice noodles.

The vegan ramen is green tea based soup (I didn't try this one...)
The vegetarian ramen has a miso soup base. The soup was good. The noodles and vegetables on top were a little undercooked (Al dente noodles and raw veges basically).
Overall, It was satisfying. Not exactly an authentic flavor of Japanese ramen but good in a unique kind of way. This restaurant apparently has a branch in New York City. Perhaps this is what New Yorkers would consider good ramen.
Pros: Vegetarian friendly, English menu
Cons: Taste (not very authentic), Price (1000yen)
