Good options 🇯🇵 - Edit
There are a few vegan options on the menu including edamame and pickled cucumbers, and the oyster mushrooms can be made vegan by omitting butter and were excellent. They were out of the vegetarian ramen but the chef accommodated and made a tofu katsu rice bowl creation using available ingredients, which we really appreciated.

Good ramen and accommodating staff - Edit
Atmosphere here was great, very cool little spot. Oyster mushroom appetizer was easily made vegan, same for the ramen. Asked them to add crispy wontons too!
