Substantial veggie tacos with vegetarian beans and some yummy veggies. must be ordered without cheese and with regular tortilla (rather than the standard “red” that is fried in non-vegan oil)

I saw 2 vegetarian options. The tacos were delicious but didn't have enough protein to be a meal. The burrito was too homogenous & bland.

Interesting, unassuming taco shop - Edit
I never tried Mike's food truck, but was surprised to see this randomly tucked away in Clairemont. Definite Guy Fieri meets Mexican border style; cool nonetheless. Veggie tacos look vegan, were really good.
