Great vegan spot for lunch - Edit
Located in a random location in Bukit Bintang, serving delicious food! Minf offers a range of local and western cuisine at a very affordable price! Ate here twice for lunch whilst in KL 👌🏻

Traditional Malay food but healthy & vegan! - Edit
I came here cause of the good reviews and it was as lovely as expected. The place smells incredible when you first walk in. The staff are sweet and friendly. Everything is vegan and low/no sugar. The food tastes fresh and clean. I love being able to experience traditional local food when I travel but vegan and these guys have nailed it! Loved

Very disappointing - Edit
Thumbs up for spreading veganism. Other than that, didn’t like it at all. Self-service in a not very nice ambience, with very tasteless food in our oppinion.

So tasty - Edit
Several creative vegan options. It also has now a new breakfast menu and some western food options.

It's on the 3rd floor. If you come during the late afternoon the stores around could be all closed. Don't let this irritate you and search for the restaurant. It's worth it! #Veganuary

This one was a little tricky to eat at -
Read moreClosed on holidays and escalators not working in building (haha! We later found the elevator). Nice little cafe. Big menu with local items. We had the popiah - pretty good. We also had the nasi lemak - very good with rendang, mushrooms, beans, and sweet spicy sambal. We also had the detox soup- really nice broth. I tried the vegan boba - such a treat😄portions were too big for me. Check Facebook for updates - they appear to be closing for a long break in Jan/Feb
Pros: Vegan local items , Big portions. , Lots of items

They must have read the reviews because now there are actually several signs showing the way inside the building so the cafe is much easier to find! Forget about the grim building and step inside this cosy cafe for some good traditional Malay dishes in vegan version. The staff is very friendly!

Get the vanilla muffin this is not a drill! - Edit
After reading your reviews we already expected a kind of shady mall when searching this place and we definitely weren’t disappointed. But once found the journey here is well worth it, food is delicious and the waiters are really friendly. Highly recommend to get one of the vanilla muffins!!

Impressive food - Edit
This is my first vegetarian restaurant during my second trip to Kuala Lumpur and it has deeply impressed me as one of the best vegan restaurants ever in KL! The food is absolutely mouth-watering and the service was friendly and genuinely nice. As we had visited the restaurant at around 10am on Tuesday, we were the first and only diners at that period of time. I had ordered nasi lemak special for $14.90, detox herbal soup with rice for $16.90, fried wild mushroom for $12.90, boba caramel mylk tea for $7.90. All these were equally sumptuous! I love the fried mushrooms as they were crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, the bubble tea was mind-blowing as the taste was really unique, and the herbal soup was nourishing for health.
Read moreAt the time of our visit, it was during the mooncake festival, and Minf café did sell some mooncakes at its cashier counter. However, we were less interested in their mooncakes than their lunch menu. We did not buy any mooncakes from them even if I don’t mind.
The only drawback was how deserted this Wisma Cosway Mall is, and most of the shops in this mall were either not operating or simply vacant. I believe Minf café might be taking advantage of its cheap rental hence it is located at such an abandoned mall. Fortunately, my hotel was located quite near to this restaurant, it took me 10 minutes by Grab taxi to reach this eatery from my hotel. I would highly recommend this vegan restaurant to those seeking for comfort vegan food in the heartlands of KL.
Pros: Location near my hotel, Sumptuous food, Food are very affordable
Cons: This mall is rather deserted

When we entered the building it didn’t look like we would have awesome dinner there. Once we went up two floors and found the restaurant in the corner it was surprisingly good! Nice staff as well, great place. Food was good!

Excellent - Edit
We ventured in while at a stopover in KL as it was highly rated on HappyCow and it definitely lived up to the reviews!
Read moreIt is difficult (or at least was for us) to find - it is on the third floor which is confusing because this does not include the ground floor - just make sure you’re looking on the very top floor. If facing towards the escalator it is to the left in the very corner hidden where there isn’t much else other than airline offices. The people working in the offices were very friendly and helped us locate it!
Despite the grungy feel of the mall, the ambience within Minf is modern and makes for a very nice place to sit with a nice big window view down to the city. It was very busy when we went at lunch time mid week.
The food we got was wonderful - wonton noodle soup, ramen and wonton noodles (although the noodles were a bit heavy on sesame oil). We were slightly taken aback from dishes being marked as ‘healthy’ or ‘detox’ as we were worried it wouldn’t be as yummy but everything we ordered was packed with favour and very delicious.

Gem in the city - Edit
A vegan restaurant in inside Wisma Cosway. Look for elevator and go to 3rd floor. The restaurant is at the corner. Busy at lunch time, less crowd during dinner time. The building is almost closed at evening time. So don't get put off by the atmosphere of the building. Please come and support them so that the business is booming again. Currently not serving vegan pastry or cake.

As other reviews mentioned, don't let the unappealing shopping centre put you off.
Read moreAll shops on the third floor appeared to be closed or boarded up with Minf Houze tucked in a corner.
Once inside, the cafe is actually very nice.
I had the sweet and sour tofu which was great and a kiwi milkshake which was to die for.
Plenty of options to choose from on the menu.

Local Foods, uncozy vibes - Edit
Minf is located in the shopping district on the third floor of a half empty mall.
Read moreThey attempt at a comfortable environment with stuffed animals and some soft music, but when I was there, it was nullified by the dirty exterior glass and a staff eating while watching loud videos on his phone. The other staff, fortunately, were great.
The menu features many local dishes with unique twists. Frustratingly, they don’t look like their pictures on the menu. The caramel boba was a bit artificially sweet, but had a great creamy texture. The mushrooms were greasier than i expected and tasted like fried chicken. The laksa soup was moderately sour and spicy.
Pros: Local vegan
Cons: Discordant aesthetics
