Miu Fat Chai Vegetarian Restaurant (Tuen Mun) - Excellent Value and Delicious Food

I've visited Miu Fat Chai Vegetarian Restaurant’s Tsuen Wan branch, so I was excited to try their Tuen Mun location. It's conveniently located just a short walk from Tuen Mun station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have both English and Chinese menus, although the English vegetarian menu is a bit oversimplified.

The food was fantastic! We ordered dim sum, fried noodles, baked curry rice with vegetables. The cheesy curry rice was a highlight. The portions are incredibly generous, and the value for money is outstanding. Our group of three spent only HKD 299 and were completely stuffed! We even had to take a whole box of leftovers home.

A word of advice: the dim sum tends to sell out quickly, so it's best to arrive earlier in the day if you want to sample their full selection. I also noticed that a lot of people recommended their clay pot dishes, so I'll definitely be back to try those.

Just a couple of things to note: a few dishes contain egg, so be sure to check if you're strictly vegan. Also, they are closed on Wednesdays.

Overall, I highly recommend Miu Fat Chai in Tuen Mun for a delicious and affordable vegetarian meal. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their dishes!

Pros: Generous portions, Delicious food, Friendly staff

Cons: Closed on Wednesdays, Few dishes contain egg

This restaurant is amazing!

I’m already have been there twice in one week. Great variety of dishes, the place is in 100% Chinese style, prices are reasonable! If you want to feel the atmosphere and have a great vegan meal, you’re certainly should visit this place!

Pros: Huge portions, Big variety of dishes, Not expensive

Cons: Traditional Chinese characters in menu, On the evenings can be no seats

very local Buddhist style vegetarian restaurant

The waitress who serves us is the best, very local no English menu kind of place, but she was very polite and patient with us deciding what to order. Never have thought of being vegan still managed to get the claypot rice (very winter thing), and not to mention their yummmm sweet and sour spare ribs and cashew dessert soup! Definitely will visit again.

Pros: very local setting, not your usual kind of restaur, reasonable portion given for its price, fantastic location, 3 mins walk from mtr station

Miu Fat Chai - Tuen Mun, Hong Kong

I had dim dum when I was here (specifically I tried a couple of different dumplings and also the Chinese radish cake). Very nice. At least one person working here speaks English. I thought they all seemed nice.

I'd be happy to eat here again if in the area.

Pros: Vegan friendly, Tasty and inexpensive, Nice staff
