Wake Me Up for the Momos - Edit
I ordered vegan momos, which are dumplings filled with vegetables. They were pan-fried even though I ordered steamed, but that probably just made them taste better. They were served with two chutneys (sauces)--a mild green and a spicy red. There are two other vegan dishes on the menu, but I would just order mo' momos.
