Local bakery operating several outlets in the city. Offers a vegan-friendly range which includes many of the breads, some rolls (even sweet ones), wholewheat croissant on Saturdays, sandwiches, sweet baked goods (at least two), and printen (gingerbread). Relocated from Krämerstraße 20. Open Mon-Sat 07:00-18:00, Sun 08:00-18:00.

Very friendly staff - Edit
I got the impression that the staff here was much friendlier than at the other location am Aquis. The choice of options was more or less the same, variable day by day, always something to grab. They also had oat milk for coffee here, but I personally did not like their coffee that much

Duidelijk aangegeven vegan (zoete) opties - Edit
Vegan (zoete) opties te vinden waarbij dit duidelijk is aangegeven met een groen kaartje waarop “vegan” staat. Keuze uit streuselbrötchen met of zonder chocolade, croissants, een gesuikerd wit broodje en een abrikozenvlaai. We hebben geen vegan belegde broodjes gezien. De streuselbrötchen waren lekker. De croissants hebben we mee naar huis genomen en waren de ochtend nadien (na voorverwarmen in de oven) nog lekker.

Hab mir mehr erhofft - Edit
Hab mir zwar mehr erhofft, weil es in Hannover mit Göing eine Bäckerei gibt, die verschiedene belegte Brötchen in vegan hat, jedoch hat mir das eine vegane belegte Brötchen (Frischkäse) auch geschmeckt. Würde sagen: kann mensch mal machen und schön, dass es zumindest ne Alternative zu den nicht veganen Brötchen gibt.

Das Streuselbrötchen war sehr lecker und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ebenso die veganen Milchbrötchen, die wir zuvor noch nie bei einem Bäcker gefunden hatten. Toll wäre noch eine Variante mit Rosinen gewesen ☺️
