Favorite spot for a quick lunch with great music/beer courtesy of Trve brewing and properly spicy Nashville hot tempeh. Vegan options are clearly labeled and not an afterthought.

Awesome music and beer - Edit
Heavy metal music with fantastic beer. A chicken place inside was added that serves deep fried mushroom or tempeh as vegan alternative (double check dressings, etc) but I just had as a bowl.

TRVE is a small bar/ brewery on Broadway. There's free street parking on Lincoln if you're willing to walk a block, or metered parking in front of the venue.

Went with the Vegan Plate, fried oyster mushrooms and a side of sweet potato fries. The "Hot" is a nice flavorful level, a step less heat than like Chipotle's hot salsa. Gonna try Nashville Hot next round. Friend went with the Southern and said it was very mild, but again great flavor.
Pros: Legit vegan options, Very tasty, The metal music in the bar was a nice change
Cons: Parking can be a challenge, Drinks are more expensive due to being a bar.

Vegan brewery food - Edit
Nice to be able to get some food at the brewery. Little kitchen in the back , looked really clean. The food was delicious. Not to mention the brewery is awesome as well!
