Tasted like meat - Tomato Ramen

It tasted like the broth was a meat broth, not coming back.
If it would have been vegan, no creativity in creating a vegan option, two slices of tomatoes a pinch of scallions , just noodles and hot meat broth.

The staff was wonderful and worked really hard to keep everyone served well and fast.

I did not raise the issue, I paid and tipped as the service was great. I am over conflict but I wont come back and cannot recommend it after having amazing Ramen in Honolulu's Gomaite if Gomaite is 100, this is -1.

Pros: Service, Ambience

Cons: Tomato Ramen tasted like a meat broth , no more ramen options for vegans

One option but it's delicious

There's a veg ramen option here, which is the tomato ramen. I asked the waitress if it's vegan and she said it is, but when it arrived it came with an egg on it, so make sure you tell them NO EGG. There's also a few veggie based rolls that you can order, I got the avocado roll. Both of my choices were absolutely delicious! I really really loved the ramen here. Really convenient location within the Japantown mall. I just couldn't get over the fact that it came with an egg.

Small but great options

This place was super convenient when we tried going to the other ramen place which had over 20 minute waits, but we were starving lol. Only one main option, but a few sushi rolls and apps. Decent prices too!

Japantown Hidden Gem

Great spot in Japantown with good food at a reasonable price. The server was helpful about explaining vegan options. I absolutely loved the Vegan Ramen and my husband enjoyed the Zaru Soba, both with vegetable sushi rolls as part of the lunch special. We also enjoyed a side of edamame. This restaurant is in the Japan Center Mall so it’s also surrounded by a lot of interesting shops!

Pros: Good Vegan Options , Reasonable Prices , Fun Location
