Tasty box lunch to eat on the train

I was worried that I wouldn't have time to get food for my trip to DC, so I ordered online the night before and picked up my food right when I got to the station. Then my train was two hours late, but that's not Naya's fault. A great box lunch to eat on the Amtrak, whenever it may arrive. I had a rice bowl with roasted cauliflower and every single topping they have (it's easy to leave off the feta and yogurt sauce, and then it's all vegan). Great to have a fast food option with so many vegetables!
