Finding vegan pintxos has been so hard but there were lots of options here as well as salads and meals to choose from. Staff were really helpful and it was tasty and well priced.

Estando en Bilbao de vacaciones queríamos vivir la experiencia de tomar unos pinchos y unas kañas y gracias a Negresko (y al trato inmejorable del servicio) así ha podido ser. Tienen una buena variedad de pinchos veganos que están indicados en carta y si preguntas en barra te dicen muy amablemente cuáles son.

Ok so Negresco is not a vegan place but it really deserves 5 stars. The service is second to none and it was the only place we could find vegan pintxos up to now.

The host was incredibly good and the pintxos were excellent. We ended up buying more wine and a vegan ensalada because we were enjoying sitting in the square so much.
Highly recommended.

Pedimos la ensalada de champiñones y las patatas bravas, ambas eran enormes y muy ricas.
Negresco está muy ocupado a la hora del almuerzo, pero si puede encontrar una mesa, tiene un ambiente familiar encantador con un personal amable y eficiente.

Establecimiento pequeño, pero con variedad de pintxos veganos y vegetarianos. Son muy agradables y saben que el bonito o el salmón no nos vegetarianos, cosa que se agradece porque no es la primera vez que nos pasa en la zona.
