Simply wonderful - Edit
This place is perfect for Ishigaki - the exterior and interior are both wonderful and fit the paradise vibe of the island - and the staff and food were simply wonderful too. The staff took the time to explain where all the ingredients were from (mostly local!), which made the experience even better.

Expanded in February 2024 from a smoothie shop (Smile Smoothie) to a full blown vegan cafe, now called Neo Earth Cafe. Everything was perfect from the lunch plate, service, smoothies, desserts, location, vibe and atmosphere. Very pretty bathroom too!
Read moreEverything is made from scratch with a focus on organic, low pesticide and locally produced ingredients (grown on the premises). Lunch plate is a little on the pricier side, 2200Yen, but very delicious. If you can get to this part of the island a lunch visit here is worth the drive.

Delicious and fruity! - Edit
We stumbled across this lovely little organic smoothie shop during a long hike in Ishigaki. And what a surprise! All the shakes can be made vegan (the smoothies are already vegan) and they had so many tropical flavours, such as Guava and starfruit!
