We had the egg plant lemon grass tofu. This dish has so many flavors it‘s like an explosion in your mouth!

Got the lemongrass eggplant per previous recommendation and the braised tofu in a claypot. The eggplant was the best hands down. Absorbed the flavours so well. The tofu was nice but I've had similar flavours before - whereas the eggplant was really special.
