I became a fan of Niji in Barcelona, where I was blown away by the smoothness and indulgent taste of their vegan flavours. Somehow, the mochis I bought at this location in Madrid weren’t either as fresh as in Catalonia, or my palate has changed. They were still really good, but just not as impressive as I remember them.
