Vegan yummies - Edit
I had the Caesar salad with tofu and added wing sauce. The tofu had a great texture. I would have thought it was seitan. Perfect amount of dressing. For dessert, I had a GF strawberry empanada that was heavenly!

Nobody Calls Me Chicken was so tasty!! I took my entire family and there was plenty of space for us all. They had our order out very quickly and everything was perfect! We will definitely be returning.

The Spicy Sando with Chipotle Mayo is the way to go here. Genuinely, everything I've tried on the menu in my 10 or so visits has been great! The staff are friendly and willing to recommend new menu items to try.

Best Caesar salad in the west (we just tried such salads in a bunch of restaurants in California and Arizona, but none came close). Elizabeth is basically magic. Everything she makes is delicious. We have tried lots, and it’s all good, but my faves are the Chicken and waffles and the Caesar salad.

We not only enjoy this amazing handcrafted vegan food, we love working with with them! Delivering Kombucha and seeing the staff always makes our day. We always have to stay and grab lunch while we are there. Those Classic tenders or the Chicken Sando are NEXT LEVEL!

Delicious lunch spot for hot sandwiches - Edit
This place is an absolute gem -- tucked in an unassuming little building in an area not abundant in vegan dining choices, it's like an oasis of deliciousness in this part of town. Inside there's an abundant orange, sunny, modern, casual vibe. Don't miss the signature "nobody calls me chicken" sandwich that the place is named after--it was the such a beloved and popular menu item at sister-restaurant Vegos that they built an entire second restaurant around it. If you like spice, order the "hot" version with chipotle mayo--with mashed potatoes and gravy (you KNOW you loved those mash pots at KFC as a kid and probably haven't eaten them in years because you're vegan --this sando with mashed reminds me of a way better version of that combo). If you want a little taste of "sweet," the same patty can be ordered as tenders, over a big, delicious waffle. The chick'n is tofu based, but it's the best breaded vegan chicken I've ever eaten (and it's AMAZING that it's house-made and not frozen factory fake-meat). The green-chile queso-drenched french fries are also amazing. Try the things that the place is famous for, and you'll have an amazing meal! A+ for fast-casual!

The people working were really friendly! I got the Buffalo sandwich, fries with fry sauce, a Cesar salad, and the veggies side. It was pretty predictable, but all done well--the pickles in the sandwich were like the *gourmet* kind, fries were a great texture, and the veggies were super fresh, which I've never experienced at a restaurant before. There was both indoor and outdoor seating, and I got my to-go order within 10 minutes--would totally come back! Only beef (lol) is that half the fountain drinks were out....ended up with a sprite when I wanted a lemonade but I'm sure they would've tried to comp it or something if I'd said something.

Wow… such good food! We tried the Po’ Boy, the Philly Cheesesteak, Tenders, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, green chili cheese fries…Everything was fantastic, but that Po’ Boy was well worth the trip from Rio Rancho for. We’ll be back. Oh! And the carrot cake… you’ve gotta try that!
