Very good food

I am a vegetarian and most of the time is really difficult to find Thai food without fish sauce. Here I had the green papaya salad, that was amazing, with just the right amount of spiciness, followed by the crispy aubergines with rice. So tasty and filling ! Also the staff was friendly and helpful, so it all made a great experience

A bit fancy but delicious!

This place was a bit fancier than I expected, and a bit pricier, but I had been thinking about Thai curry for weeks… The vegan options were labelled on the menu. I got the red curry, and also the fried eggplant because another review here mentioned how good it was and yeah, it really was very good. The curry also came with rice, and I asked for more and they didn’t charge me for it. Nice service and tasty food, would recommend!

Nok Nok - Who’s there?

Guarded by two owls of stone.
Expensive in comparison, but masterfully prepared food. Good place for a special occasion or a posh dinner

Knock knock. Who's there? Owls say. Owls say who? Yes, they do!

Spicy heaven

Had a dinner in Nok Nok as a plan B (V was full) and so happy we did! Papaya salad was super fresh, red curry blissfully creamy yet with character. But what really blew our minds was crispy eggplant- seriously the best eggplant I’ve ever had. Even after cooling down they were really crispy with mouthwatering softness in.
I’m not a big fan of desserts (of sweet coconut), but house made coconut ice cream was a perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess and freshness with really fresh fruit and berry.

Service was so sweet and attentive, we felt loved.
Definitely going back, thank you Nok Nok!

Pros: Eggplant, Coconut ice cream, Service

Authentic delicious thai food

We were met by very friendly staff, and the vegan dishes or the ones that could be made vegan were marked on the menu. We had a red and a green curry, both were so tasty with good spice and heat. You can definitely taste that it's homemade and with fresh greens. We really liked that they used king oyster mushrooms, that was a nice different twist.
17€ for a good portion of curry with added tofu and then rice, very reasonable considering the quality, and we were very full afterwards. Gonna try some of the pad dishes next time!

Fantastic service

We arrived late in the evening on a Tuesday and the restaurant was half full.

I didn’t see anything highlighted as vegan on the menu but the staff were very accommodating and explained that some of the dishes were vegetarian and that they could be made to be vegan (not using fish sauce etc).

The Pad Thai (made vegan) was delicious and the strawberry sorbet was the presented so well. My friend had the Pad See Ew and that also looked good.

Pros: Staff

Tasty food, reasonable prices

Located in the old town, this is one of the Thai restaurants offering vegan options. The staff understood how the food is prepared and checked specific ingredients with us, for example, addition of fish sauce. It's a great restaurant, good options for vegans in Tallinn.
