A must visit in Augsburg - Edit
We only had an hour between changing trains, but it was enough to have nice sitdown lunch. Nude is perfectly located near the train station and we were the only guests when we arrived, so we were served quickly. The Iced Matcha was quite nice, unsweeted and not too little Matcha. We shared a bowl of Gnocchi with green pesto, a Servus Habibi bowl with falafel and some curried cauliflower. The Gnocchi were quite good and a generous portion. Their texture hit that perfect sweet spot between chewy and melt in your mouth. The cauliflower and the falafel bowl - somehow! - were even better. We are a bit perplexed that people complain about the portion sizes because the bowl was huge. We can't quite list all the ingredients because there were so many. Each was tasty on its own and combined into an even better overall experience. Service was very friendly and we can't recommend Nude enough. A bistro so good you should schedule your trains so that you can visit.

What an excellent menu! My group (4 of us, myself the only vegan), went for dinner . We ordered the Holy Moly, 7th Heaven, Bombaystic, and the High P. with the vegan chicken. All the bowls were delicious and a wonderful mix of warm and cold items with excellent flavor, perfect for a warm summer day. I would definitely go back to try everything!

The coconut-lime-raw-cake was good, could have tasted a bit stronger. The iced dirty chai latte was delicious, strong taste - so good. Staff is very friendly, nice music,.. definitely wanna try their Tapas next time.

Ich fand den Jacky Lauge sehr lecker (drei mal gegessen 🙂), die Bowls sind geschmacklich eher nicht ganz meins (sind ausgefallen und eher "gesund"). Wir mussten einmal länger warten und das Essen hat ein bisschen ungewürzt geschmeckt. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Tische sind teils ziemlich niedrig und die Teller klein, macht das Essen etwas umständlich

Einziger Nachteil: direkt an einer großen Kreuzung, wo auch Straßenbahnen kreuzen. Wir saßen bei Sonnenschein natürlich draussen und ab und zu wars etwas lauter…

An sich ein tolles Restaurant mit feinen veganen Gerichten! Wäre mir an sich schon 5 Sterne wert.

Sehr ärgerlich war das, weil ich mit jemandem hier war, der Zöliakie hat.
Nachdem bei meinem Gericht (Chili sin Carne) Creme Fresh mit Gluten gekennzeichnet war, haben wir sicherheitshalber bei dem Kräuterdip nachgefragt. Zufällig quasi!
Es stellte sich tatsächlich heraus, dass es die selbe Creme Fresh war, also mit Gluten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat gleich eine neue Portion gebracht und noch zwei kleine Stücke Kuchen zum mitnehmen.
Trotzdem einen Stern Abzug: gerade in einem veganen, bewussten Restaurant darf so etwas nicht passieren!

Das Essen ist super lecker und von den Portionen wird man richtig gut satt. Bei der Auswahl kann man sich gar nicht entscheiden, v.a. bei den Bowls, die man mit separatem "Topping" bestellen kann. Das Personal ist super nett und das Ambiente sehr schön.

Schönes Restaurant, angenehme Atmosphäre und freundlicher Service. Vom Essen habe ich mir, um ehrlich zu sein, mehr erhofft. Die Bowls sehen schön aus, sind vielseitig was die Zutaten abgeht. Aber geschmacklich nichts Besonderes.
