The vegan channa was deliciously flavorful. I was surprised it didn’t come with rice. I’m glad I ordered a garlic naan too then!

The Best Vegan Curry In Bristol! - Edit
Nutmeg is my favourite place in Bristol to get a high quality and delicious vegan curry. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and knowledgable about the menu. All the vegan options are clearly labelled and I was asking the staff lots of questions about the food and they knew exactly what was in everything! There are so many vegan options on their menu and everything is so tasty. For starters, I had the poppadoms with homemade chutneys which were delicious and my favourite thing I had which was the onion bhajis; they are a must try! I also had the chickpea curry which was very flavoursome and basmati rice. I also had a tandoori roti which is a vegan naan and it was great to have that option with my curry! The portions are really decent and the prices are reasonable considering how high quality the food is! My family had the meat curry’s and they all loved their food too. The service was amazing; all the food and drinks came out so quickly. Overall, I think the food is outstanding at Nutmeg and a must visit…I will definitely become a regular now. If I could give 5 stars I would!
