Serves collagen, vegan options available. Mostly vegan juice & smoothie bar/cafe - exceptions are collagen, whey protein and bee pollen that are 'additions.' Has a drive thru or walk up option. Menu consists mainly of smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls, bowls and toasts. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-5:00pm.

Great breakfast place

We love this NUYU Juice Bar. One of a few predominantly vegan places we’ve found in Yakima. The smoothies and food are delicious and very fresh. This place isn’t super speedy, everything is made from scratch, so be patient. It’s worth the wait.
Note: In addition to the three non-vegan options mentioned in other reviews (collagen, whey protein & bee pollin), they now also have boiled egg as an option and cottage cheese on 2 of their toast and as an option.

Quick & Nutritious

Almost all vegan menu, they have additive of whey on request. Smoothies, smoothie bowls, breakfast/lunch items. Friendly staff. Lots of indoor seating and parking. Within a yoga studio but they also have drive up window.

Love this place for lunch.

I love all their new vegan menu items. I can’t decide which I like best.

Pros: Vegan options , Fresh

Cons: No delivery, Limited open hours, closes before dinner.

Awesome place

Great workers, chill environment, a drive thru. I love the vital shot, thrive juice, the foundation & indulge power cup.
