Kale Paradies

CORRECTION: The mustard served with the kale IS NOT VEGAN !!!
I made the restaurant aware of this per email. No answer!!!! No adjustment of the menu!!!

The restaurant is a little bit “special”: old an everything is “skewed”.
I became aware of the restaurant because of review in the newspaper “ Hamburger Abendblatt”. The reviewer, Mr Rindchen, usually known for reviews of restaurants in the 200 EUR class, called the Oberhafen Kantine “The Mecca of Vegan Kale”.
We gave it a try and were very impressed by the quality and taste.
Friendly staff.
Not this expensive by Hamburg standards.
