Amazing! - Edit
We went for a soft opening and got to try lots of food and drinks, and hear about the vision. Chef K is amazing! She's so warm and friendly and welcoming, and has created an incredible spot. There's so many vegan options, and three floors of intimate seating. The cocktails are incredible too, and come with infused ice cubes - like a basil lime one for one of the margaritas. She also really cares about sustainability and was telling us how she uses cilantro stems in a cocktail, or lemon peels for limoncello. All the food is really fresh too - she buys whole jackfruit from the market instead of in cans.
