Mala Kolo Mee - Edit
The minty Mala spice was not overpowering the flavour of add-ons. Although I'm not a huge fan of Mala, I did enjoy it! The dumplings were awesome Look forward to try those with yentafu!

Wholesome meal with lots o fchoices to choose from. Shitake mushrooms were really good! I had the dry style yongtau foo. Taro was fresh and textured protein varieties were all tasty!

5* for the broth! It was rich and not too dense. Seitan (mock meat) was good and tofu skins on the side was a bonus! It was slightly spicy. You can also add some Yong tau foo items for more proteins as needed!

I normally don’t like mock Char Siew but here it is well marinated and the kolo mee is very well cooked, neither too soggy nor hard.
Read moreThe Niang Dou Fu are also well made. The sauce is tasty and the beehoon is fine and soft but not soggy.
I will definitely come back to try her other noodles.
