Simple, limited - Edit
Not worth a trip, OK if youre in the area. So far, Tadka is the best local (Paharganj) option, which isnt saying much!

Pros: They can make without onion, garlic, chilli (my pr, They are pure veg, so that's worth 4 stars
Cons: Nothing that you can't get anywhere else.

Great Indian breakfast buffet, fresh and inexpensive - Edit
This restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a hotel, wasn’t easy to find, google map was sending us in circles around several blocks, but finally we saw signs in the window. Food was very tasty - we ate buffet all-you-can-eat breakfast, puri were made fresh for us, buffet was fresh and yummy and very inexpensive. A friendly English-speaking manager was personally advising about food ingredients.

Food is nice and they have a waiter that speaks good English. They can do some dishes vegan however make sure you ask for the ingredients as they can get confused sometimes. Good effort though
