We stumbled across this restaurant on our first day in Cusco. There is a lovely little courtyard at the back. Totally vegan menu - there were so many things we wanted to try. We ended up having the mushroom spaghetti, pad Thai, tres leche (a cake - despite the name of is vegan) and carrot cake. The cake portions were huge 🙂. Great service. Excellent value for money. We will be going back (more than once I suspect)

This restaurant is a gem in Cusco for sure. With a great selection of dishes at very reasonable, you can't do aaanything wrong by coming here. Moreover, the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Parada Vegana is a cute little place right off the street. Several great sounding menu items made it hard to choose. I went with the Pad Thai and Panqueques (because I love pancakes in the US and wanted to try them). The Pad Thai arrived first. The dish tasted amazing! (I didn't compare it to Pad Thai elsewhere, so I didn't have any expectations.) Absolutely delicious! I would return to eat it every day! In fact, I may go back for more before I leave.😄The peanut sauce was light and had just enough peanut flavor. I was so full and satisfied, I took the panqueques "To-Go". Being right off the street, you may catch a whiff of fuel exhaust from passing cars, but I'd suspect sitting upstairs eliminates that. (I was sitting downstairs closest to the door.)

The food and coffee here are delicious. I had the seifu burger and my boyfriend had the lomos saltado. Both were super tasty! We also had a coffee - my cappuccino was smooth and silky.

This vegan restaurant has a variety of delicious food including tasty desserts! We liked it so much that we went back a second time to try their other items on the menu. We ordered the traditional Salchipapas along with a seitan burger, Pad Thai, seitan steak covered in mushroom sauce, and finally dessert! Staff is very friendly.

First of all, most of the packaging for takeout was cardboard, making it more environmentally-friendly than other restaurants. Secondly, the food was divine! We ordered a burger, pad Thai, and slices of lemon pie and chocolate cake. Highly recommend!

My partner and I tried to go in the morning when they allegedly opened, unfortunately they were still closed and we ended up going to a different vegan place instead. Later on we had dinner there. It was ok - my partners pad Thai was extremely high in sodium, my avocado salad was good. A lot of vegan messaging in the walls and on the door.

I have been desperate for a good vegan capuchino and found it here! Got it with their browny and I think it was chirimoya-maracuya ice cream. It was Bombbbb! would recommend to get some Dessert here in the afternoon:) food also looked good.

We just had a coffee and a brownie here. It was delicious but we are not able to review the savory food. That being said, you should just come here for the nice terrace. The terrace is shared with a bike store and it's completely bike themed. It's a nice and quiet spot a bit away from the city center. Definitely worth a visit!
