You can find enough variety of vegan milks (a little bit more than in Carrefour) and snacks here, so it saves you for the breakfast if you're staying a few days.

Nice and useful shop - Edit
Really useful shop in the old town of Brasov. You can get there things like Soyamilk, Tofu, Bread, Cereals and almost everything except fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff is nice and helpful.
